1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Click (the “Platform”), operated by Amplify Media Inc, a company registered in the British Virgin Islands (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

• Allows users to complete tasks on partner platforms
• Awards XP and monetary rewards upon successful validation
• Processes payouts via PayPal or cryptocurrency

We do not guarantee task availability, earnings, or approval.

3. Eligibility

The Platform is available worldwide.

Users must:

• Comply with all applicable local laws
• Meet any age requirements imposed by specific partner offers
• Provide accurate information

We reserve the right to restrict access in jurisdictions where use would be unlawful.

4. Account Registration

You may register using:

• Email
• Google SSO
• Telegram SSO

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• All activity under your account
• Keeping payout information accurate

We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

5. Task Participation

When you accept a task:

• You may be redirected to a third-party partner platform.
• Partner terms and privacy policies apply.

Reward approval is contingent upon:

We reserve sole discretion in determining reward eligibility.

6. Rewards & XP

XP has no monetary value and is provided solely for platform engagement purposes.

Monetary rewards:

• May be reversed in cases of fraud or partner chargebacks

7. Payout Terms

Payout methods:

• PayPal
• Cryptocurrency to user-provided wallet addresses

Payout timing:

• Instant (for eligible offers)
• Up to 45 days depending on partner validation

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect wallet addresses
• Lost crypto transactions
• PayPal account restrictions
• Delays caused by third-party payment providers

All crypto transactions are irreversible.

8. Fraud & Abuse Policy

We strictly prohibit:

• Multiple accounts
• VPN abuse (if restricted)
• Fake traffic
• Bot activity
• Misrepresentation
• Self-referrals (if not permitted)
• Circumventing partner requirements

If fraud is suspected, we may:

• Freeze rewards
• Reverse earnings
• Suspend or permanently ban accounts
• Report activity to partners or authorities

All decisions regarding fraud are final.

9. Earnings Disclaimer

The Click does not guarantee:

• Minimum earnings
• Consistent task availability
• Approval of every completed task

Earnings vary by:

• Geographic location
• Offer availability
• Partner validation
• User performance

Users participate voluntarily and assume all risks associated with task completion.

10. Crypto Risk Disclosure

If you choose cryptocurrency payouts:

• Cryptocurrency values are volatile.
• Network congestion may delay transactions.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible.

We are not responsible for losses due to wallet errors or market fluctuations.

You assume full responsibility for managing your digital assets.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and platform materials are owned by Amplify Media Inc.

You may not:

• Copy
• Reverse engineer
• Resell
• Exploit the Platform

Without written consent.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for:

• Fraud
• Policy violations
• Legal risk
• Abuse of partners

Termination may result in forfeiture of pending rewards if fraud is suspected.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Amplify Media Inc shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Lost profits
• Partner platform actions
• Payment processor errors
• Crypto market losses

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to you in the preceding 3 months.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amplify Media Inc from any claims arising from:

• Your misuse of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of third-party rights

15. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the BVI, unless otherwise required by law.

Users waive participation in class-action lawsuits where legally permitted.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

ANTI-FRAUD & ABUSE POLICY

The Click maintains zero tolerance for fraudulent activity.

Prohibited behaviors include:

• Creating multiple accounts
• Emulating devices
• Bot automation
• Using stolen identities
• Completing offers in bad faith
• Incentivizing third parties improperly
• Manipulating payout systems

We reserve the right to:

• Withhold or claw back earnings
• Freeze accounts pending review
• Permanently ban users
• Share fraud indicators with partners

Fraud investigations may take up to 45 days or longer if partner verification is required.

EARNINGS & REWARD DISCLAIMER

The Click is a performance-based reward platform.

We do not:

• Guarantee income
• Offer employment
• Provide financial advice

Participation does not create:

• Employment
• Agency
• Partnership
• Joint venture

All users are independent participants.

CRYPTO & PAYMENT RISK DISCLOSURE

By selecting crypto payouts, you acknowledge:

• You understand blockchain transactions
• Wallet addresses are user-controlled
• Transactions cannot be reversed
• Market volatility may affect value

By selecting PayPal payouts, you acknowledge:

• PayPal may impose holds or restrictions
• Fees may apply
• Account compliance is your responsibility

The Click is not liable for third-party payment provider actions.
